Core First Strategies (CFS) is a system developed by the Institute of Physical Art. It assesses posture using the Saliba Postural Classification System and various tests to determine dysfunction related to inefficient alignment. This assessment allows then for development of a program to address any mechanical or structural restrictions, neuromuscular and motor control deficits to return to efficient and effective function.
